Värisetti: Musta akaasia + musta orapihlaja

I was a little worried the two colors would look too similar on, but black locust is noticeably deeper while black thorn has that subtle edge that makes it work for day or night. The formula goes on smooth without dragging, which I appreciate for the darker shade especially.

The two shades play really well together—Black Locust gives a grounded, earthy base while Black Thorn adds just enough depth to switch things up. I’ve been reaching for this set every day since it arrived, and the versatility is exactly what I hoped for.

The packaging feels sturdy and the two shades are distinct enough that I’ve been using them for both day and night looks. Black Locust is my go-to for a quick wash of color, and Black Thorn adds a deeper edge when I want to switch things up.
