That shot of Dee Dee mid-pinball with David Johansen leaning in is pure CBGB chaos, frozen perfectly. The print has this gritty, live-moment quality that makes you feel like you're right there in the bar.

The grain in the photo really brings out the grit of that CBGB back room, you can almost feel the pinball machine shaking. I've been staring at Dee Dee's expression for five minutes, it's pure 1977 New York. Exactly the kind of raw, unposed moment I was hoping for.

This pinball shot at CBGB captures such a laid-back moment—the glow of the machine makes everyone look perfectly mid-laugh. The black-and-white print has a nice, gritty texture that fits the era well.
