My grandmother loved Dolly, and this coconut cake mix brought back so many memories—the batter was incredibly moist and the coconut flavor wasn't overpowering. I used a can of pineapple for extra sweetness, and it turned out like a bakery creation.

This cake mix is super easy to throw together, and the coconut flavor is perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. I only wish the box made enough for a slightly bigger cake, since my family devoured it in one sitting.
