Hollantilainen sininen Fitness Balance Trainer: 23 tuuman tasapainopallo vastuskuminauhoilla

I’ve had this balance trainer for three weeks now and the ABS base with those six slip-resistant feet hasn’t budged once, even on my hardwood floor during a sweaty workout. The 23-inch ball’s texture gives just enough grip that I don’t feel like I’m fighting to stay centered.

The non-slip base really holds its ground even when I’m doing single-leg squats, and those six rubber feet keep it from sliding on my hardwood floor. The anti-skid texture on the ball itself gives me confidence during planks, so I’ve actually started using it daily instead of my old mat.

The non-slip surface really held up during my sweaty workout session, which was my biggest worry. I've been using it daily for balance exercises and the base feels rock solid on my hardwood floor.
