I started taking this with breakfast and the B vitamins give me a steady push that lasts past noon, no jitters like coffee. The 750 mg acetic acid dose is strong enough that I actually notice a difference in my energy, and it's been a week without the usual afternoon crash.
The 750 mg of acetic acid per serving is noticeable—I take it right after breakfast and the afternoon slump just doesn't hit like it used to. The B vitamins are a nice bonus, and the capsule form means no harsh vinegar taste to choke down.
I was skeptical about another supplement, but the 750 mg of acetic acid per serving is a solid kick without the harsh taste of drinking vinegar straight. The B vitamins are a nice bonus, and I've noticed I'm not crashing by mid-afternoon. It's become the easiest part of my routine.
