The matte finish hides fingerprints way better than the glossy vases I've owned, so it stays looking clean on my entryway shelf. Peacock is a deeper, richer teal in person than on my screen, which I actually prefer.
The ribbed detailing catches light in a way that makes the peacock color shift between teal and deep blue depending on the time of day. It's heavier than I expected for the size, which keeps it from tipping over when my cat decides to investigate.
The matte ceramic finish feels substantial and well-made, and the peacock color is exactly as rich and vibrant as pictured. I moved it to the dining table for a few dried stems and it instantly gives the whole room a more polished look.
