Filee

The texture really lives up to the "butter knife" name — it practically fell apart without any effort. That grass-fed sweetness came through with every bite, and the portion felt generous for two.

Cooked one up for a special dinner and the "butter knife" tenderness is no joke—it literally fell apart with just a fork. The sweet, grass-fed flavor came through perfectly with just salt and pepper. My only regret is not ordering two.

That buttery texture really lives up to the name—my knife barely had to do any work. The sweet, grassy flavor came through perfectly with just salt and pepper. Definitely the best steak I've had in a while.
