Swapped my usual jar for this one because I wanted free-range eggs in the ingredients, and it actually tastes like real homemade mayo. Sunflower oil keeps it light instead of greasy, so it works on everything from sandwiches to potato salad.
The texture is genuinely smooth and creamy, and you can taste the quality of those free-range eggs coming through. I've been using it on sandwiches and in potato salad, and it holds up without turning greasy or separating. My only issue is I'm going through the jar way faster than I expected.
Honestly wasn't expecting much from a jarred mayo, but it's genuinely silky smooth and the sunflower oil keeps it light without that heavy greasy taste. I've been putting it on everything from sandwiches to dipping fries, and the ethical free-range eggs just make it feel... better somehow.
