Fritz-Limo Appelsiini

The carbonation is spot-on—sharp and lively without burning the throat. I can actually taste the mandarin and lemon juices coming through under that 10.5% orange, making it feel way less syrupy than most sodas. The 33 cl glass bottle keeps it cold longer, which is a win for slow sippers.

Pepper in a fizzy orange soda sounds odd but it actually works, giving it a little kick that makes it feel less sugary than it probably is. I like that there's real juice in there, not just flavoring, and 33 cl is the perfect size to have with lunch.

That glass bottle feels proper in the hand, and the fizz is sharp without burning. The orange and lemon balance is spot on—tart enough to keep it from being syrupy, which is exactly what I want from a fancy soda at a fika.
