I love that these Rotella candies let you decide whether to bite right in or slowly unroll them into a long licorice snake. The classic taste brings back so many memories.
The texture is exactly what I want in a licorice wheel — soft enough to bite but chewy enough to last. My kids fight over who gets to pull theirs apart the slowest, so a 175g bag barely survives one movie night.
I unroll each piece into a long licorice string and it lasts way longer that way. The salty kick is exactly what I want from a licorice, and the texture stays soft the whole time.
