Steeped a cup this morning and the aroma alone made the whole kitchen feel like a Mediterranean garden. The leaves are clearly high-quality, not dusty bits, and the flavor comes through bold without being bitter. Exactly what I wanted from an organic herb infusion.

The leaves arrived whole and fragrant, not crushed to dust like most supermarket herbs, and one teaspoon was plenty for a strong, calming cup. I’ve been drinking it after dinner for a week now and the harvest quality really shows in the clean, piney taste.

The water turned a rich golden green within a minute of steeping, and the aroma filled my whole kitchen. I’ve been drinking it every evening for a week now, and the leaves are so fresh they practically crumble when you pinch them. Perfect for a calm wind-down ritual.
