Karel Martens: Ikuinen syntymäpäiväkalenteri

I hung this in the kitchen and now every family birthday gets written in pencil on the grid instead of lost in my phone. The A3 wall format is perfect for scanning a whole year at once, and the simple printed design hasn't aged a bit since 1968.

Been hunting for a perpetual calendar that doesn't look like office supply store junk, and this A3 wall piece is it. The grid layout means I write each birthday in once and never buy a new calendar again. Heavy stock too, so it won't curl by February.

Didn't realize this design was conceived back in 1968 and only now actually printed — that history makes it feel special hanging in my hallway. The grid leaves room to pencil in every family birthday, and the paper stock is heavier than I expected for something this size.
