Korkealla lämmöllä kokkaamista? Ei hätää. Hyvä valurautapannu kuumenee, mutta tämä värikäs silikoninen kahvasuoja pitää kätesi turvassa jopa 230 °C lämpötilaan asti. Pieni silikoninen kahvasuoja on suunniteltu istumaan tiiviisti Lodge-klassisten valurautapannujen, 8 tuuman ja pienempien, kahvaan.
Slipped it onto my cast iron skillet's handle and the grip is snug enough that it doesn't slide around mid-cook. I've accidentally left it resting on the hot pan edge while sautéing and it's held up fine, no melting or warping at all. The 450° F rating definitely feels accurate from what I've tested
Finally, no more burning my knuckles every time I flip a pancake in my cast iron skillet. This little silicone holder stays put even when the handle is slick with oil, and the 450°F rating means I never have to second-guess grabbing it mid-cook.
The silicone grips the handle snugly, and the 450°F rating means I can slide my cast iron skillet around without hunting for a mitt. Colorful enough that I actually notice it on the counter, which is a bonus.
