Nishi-sanin Matcha Saemidori

The bright, almost grassy aroma hits you the moment the tin opens—so fresh it feels like summer in a bowl. Whisked up, it’s smooth and lively, no bitterness at all, and the balance is just exquisite. Gone through half the bag in two weeks and already sad about it.

I’ve been brewing this every morning since it arrived, and the aroma alone is worth it—so rich and harmonious that it turns a rushed weekday into a small ritual. It’s lively and bright without any harshness, and I’m already planning to order another batch before summer ends.

The first sip hit me with that bright, lively kick the description promises—it’s genuinely uplifting, not just marketing talk. I’ve been mixing it into cold water for afternoons and the aroma stays rich through the whole cup.
