I was a little worried the linen would feel rough, but it's actually softened up beautifully after the first wash. The way it drapes over the pillows adds such a cozy, old-world feel to the room.

It drapes over the entire bed including the pillows, and the way it pools on the floor really does give that old-world feel I was after. The heavyweight linen has a lovely, textured hand that feels more substantial than any cover I've owned. I've been sleeping under it every night since it arrived.

The drape is exactly what I wanted—it covers the whole bed and pools on the floor just like the photos. Linen feels substantial and heavy, though I did have to wash it twice before the smell softened. Four stars because the creases take a bit of patience to smooth out.
