Luomu vehnäjauho | 1kg vehnäjauho

My scones came out noticeably lighter and flakier than with my usual supermarket flour, and the 1kg bag was just enough for a weekend of baking plus a batch of pancakes. It’s a bit pricier, but for the texture difference alone I’ll be reordering.

This flour has been my go-to for pancake recipes all month, and the texture is so fine it blends into sauces without a single lump. The 1kg bag lasts me a good while, and I love that it’s organic and vegan so I don’t have to think twice about it.

My scones came out noticeably fluffier than with my usual supermarket brand, and the flour has a clean, slightly nutty smell that I've never noticed before. The 1kg bag lasted me through a weekend of pastry and pancake baking, and everything held together beautifully.
