Kun päivä vaatii erityistä ruokailuastiaa, luota eleganttiin 1616 / Arita Palace -lautaseen tuomaan kuninkaallista ilmettä ruokapöytääsi. Teruhiro Yanagiharan yksinoikeudella Palace Hotel Tokyolle suunnittelema tämä upea lautanen on saanut inspiraationsa suotuisasta krysanteemin kukasta – Japanin keisarillisen perheen tunnuksesta. Se on herkästi käsin valmistettu muinaisessa Aritan kaupungissa tiiviistä murskatusta kivestä valmistetusta savesta, joka antaa sille merkittävän kestävyyden. Ajaton mattava vaaleanharmaa sävy täydentää tyylikkäästi kaikkia alkupaloja, pieniä aterioita tai jälkiruokia.

The subtle blue floral pattern catches the light beautifully, and the plate feels surprisingly substantial in hand. Made our dinner feel genuinely special without being overly formal.

Bought these for our anniversary dinner and they made the table feel like a fancy restaurant. The rim has a subtle curve that catches candlelight really nicely, and they're lighter than they look.

The glaze has this soft matte finish that makes even leftovers look intentional. We've been using them as our everyday plates since they arrived, and the weight feels substantial without being heavy.
