Runoilija ja laulaja-lauluntekijä Patti Smith sekä laulaja-lauluntekijä Eric Anderson toukokuussa 1971 Hotel Chelseassa New Yorkissa, New Yorkissa.
The contrast in the black-and-white print captures the intimacy of the Chelsea hotel room so well, the two artists’ expressions feel candid. It arrived perfectly framed and adds a real 70s music scene vibe to my living room.
Hanging this in my hallway, the grain of the 1971 Hotel Chelsea shot really holds up close, and Patti's face is as striking as Eric's guitar. It arrived flat and well protected, no bent corners, which I was worried about. Genuinely thrilled with it.
The print quality is sharp enough that you can make out the texture of the Hotel Chelsea wallpaper behind them. Arrived with a small crease in the corner, but it flattened out fine once I framed it.
