The mineral depth here is what got me—every sip of that pure seawater feels like a direct hit of trace elements, and the pick-me-up after a sweaty session is immediate. I keep a liter in my gym bag now for those moments when water alone won’t cut it.
I’ve been reaching for these after long bike rides and the quick pick-me-up is real—that seawater taste isn’t for everyone, but the mineral kick hits fast. A few sips and I’m not dragging anymore.
The mineral content is no joke—I can feel the difference about ten minutes after drinking one, especially after a heavy workout. It's salty, obviously, but that's exactly what my body seems to want when I'm depleted.
