The seasonal switch-up actually got me, this month's Guatemalan lot has this deep cocoa finish I keep craving every morning. It's a small thing, but the freshness of each micro-lot makes my pour-over routine feel like a mini trip somewhere new.

This month's micro-lot arrived with a flavor profile I've never found in a grocery store bag, and the fact it rotates with the seasons keeps things genuinely exciting. The tasting notes were spot-on, and I've already brewed three cups since the box landed on Tuesday.

The tasting notes on this month's micro-lot genuinely surprised me, so much brighter and more floral than the bag before it. Each seasonal delivery feels like unwrapping a little piece of a new region, and the quality has stayed consistently high across all three boxes I've received so far.
