The black weave is so deep and rich that it instantly grounded my whole living room, and the white striped corner adds just the right subtle contrast. It lies flat right out of the box, no curling at the edges, and the jute texture feels sturdy underfoot yet not scratchy.
The fringed edging gives it a handmade feel that really anchors the corner where I placed it. The white striped accent breaks up the black weave nicely and it lays flat with zero curling.
