This dressing is my new go-to for quick salads; the touch of agave syrup gives it just the right sweetness without being overpowering. It whisked together smoothly to coat my greens evenly.
I've been using this on cold pasta salads all week and the cider vinegar gives it just enough tang without overpowering the rapeseed oil. The 310ml bottle is a good size too, lasts me about a month.
I've been using this on roasted veg all week and it's become a habit. The rapeseed oil base makes it lighter than the creamy dressings I used to buy, and it doesn't drown the salad.
