The Tactical CDC and Elk Caddis is a versatile fly pattern designed to entice picky trout. Its construction offers plenty of buoyancy, helping it stay afloat and visible in challenging conditions.
- CDC (Cul de Canard) fibers provide natural buoyancy and a lifelike appearance on the water's surface.
- Elk hair wing adds durability and helps the fly ride high, making it easier for trout to spot.
- This pattern is effective for imitating adult caddisflies, a common food source for trout.
- Ideal for dry fly fishing in rivers and streams where selective trout are feeding.
