The Ramones, San Franciscon Civic Center, San Francisco, CA, 8. kesäkuuta 1979.

The grainy black-and-white print really captures how sweaty and chaotic that Civic Center show must have been. Joey's hunched over the mic and Johnny's mid-stride, and it feels like a real snapshot rather than a posed promo shot. Hung it in my hallway and it stops people every time.

The grain on this print is gorgeous up close, you can practically feel the sweat and noise of the crowd. I've got it framed next to my turntable and it fits the vibe perfectly. Shipping was quick and it arrived without a single crease.

The grain in this black-and-white shot feels like you’re standing in the crowd that night, and Greg Gaar really captured the raw energy of the Civic Center show. The photo itself has that authentic vintage quality, not a cleaned-up reprint, which is exactly what I wanted for my music room wall.
