Emma ★★★★★

Been using this as my personal item on flights and the 17L size fits my 13-inch laptop plus a jacket without bulging. The way it collapses flat into my suitcase when I don't need it is honestly the best part, and the shoulder straps don't dig in even when it's packed full.
