Kudottu Bonbon - Rose on osa Paper Collective -brändin ensimmäistä kudottujen taideteosten kokoelmaa, jonka on suunnitellut A+N Studio. Teos viittaa studion syvälliseen jacquard-kudontatekniikoiden tuntemukseen ja on tuotettu yhteistyössä hollantilaisen WEEEF-gallerian kanssa. Sommittelu leikittelee tekstuurilla ja kolmiulotteisuudella vaaleanpunaisen ja punaisen sävyjen avulla. Jokainen taideteos on luotu rajoitettuna 200 kappaleen painoksena, käsinnumeroitu ja kiinnitetty valkoiselle taustalevylle, ja se sisältää aitoustodistuksen. Huomaa, että kudottu taideteos on kooltaan A5, kun se on kiinnitetty A4-kokoiseen taustalevyyn, ja 37,5x50 cm, kun se on kiinnitetty 50x70 cm:n taustalevyyn. The jacquard weave gives the rose pattern a subtle raised texture you can actually feel when you run your hand across it. Hung it above the sofa and the pink tones pull the whole corner together without feeling loud. Genuinely didn't expect this level of detail for the price.

The jacquard weave has a subtle sheen that shifts depending on the light, which I wasn't expecting from a wall piece. It hangs flat and didn't need any steaming out of the tube. The rose tone is muted in person, closer to a dusty pink than the photo suggested, but it works.
