Yohaku Posliinimuna Tuoksudiffuusori

Yohaku's porcelain egg brings fragrance into quiet conversation with air. A few drops of essential or fragrance oil meet the unglazed surface, releasing scent gradually – close enough to notice when you're near, subtle enough to never announce itself.

Place it on a bedside table for scent that greets you in quiet moments. Tuck it into a closet where fabric absorbs its presence. Set it on a mantle where passing by means catching sandalwood or hinoki. The porous stone works naturally with air movement, no mechanism required – just oil meeting ceramic, dispersing at the pace the material allows.

The egg form carries particular resonance in Japanese culture: fertility, renewal, the cosmic origin that threads through Eastern philosophy. Yohaku takes this ancient motif and renders it in solid porcelain, creating an object that functions as both diffuser and sculptural presence.
