Mix it with water about half an hour before lifting and the pump is noticeably fuller without any jitters. It dissolves easily, no clumps at the bottom of the shaker, and the taste is mild enough to get down quickly.

Richard R. ★★★★★ Aug 17, 2026

Took it about 20 minutes before my workout and the pump felt noticeably fuller without any stomach upset. The unflavored taste is easy to down mixed in a shaker, and it dissolves better than most powders I've tried.

The powder mixes clean enough with water, no clumps, and I feel the pump kick in about halfway through my session. Been using it on leg days for a month now, and the endurance boost is noticeable.
