Chaque portion correspond à 1 ml, soit environ 30 gouttes.
Two droppers before bed and I'm actually asleep within twenty minutes instead of lying there for an hour. The 2oz bottle lasting the full 60 servings is a nice bonus too, considering how little you need per dose.
The 1,200mg dry herb equivalent per serving is no joke—I feel noticeably calmer within a week, and the dropper makes it easy to measure exactly. Even my partner, who’s skeptical of supplements, admitted my sleep has been deeper.
Took this about 30 minutes before bed and actually felt the calm kick in rather than just hoping it would. The 1,200mg per serving is strong enough that I only need one dropper, and the 60 servings mean the bottle lasts a good while.
