The creamy texture is exactly why I keep buying these—they hold their shape in soups but mash easily for spreads. The 400g tin gave me two solid meals, and the protein count made it a proper lunch base.
The nutty flavor really comes through when I add these to a minestrone, and they hold their shape without turning mushy. A 400g tin gave me two solid servings, and the potassium and protein content make it feel like a smart cupboard staple.
These beans held their shape perfectly in a minestrone I made, and that nutty flavour really stood out against the tomato base. Good amount of protein for a quick lunch too, so I'll be stocking up again.
