They disappeared fast at our coffee morning — the vegan bit was a nice surprise for a couple of guests, and the individual wrapping in the tray made pricing them at 90p each dead simple. Wish I'd ordered two trays, honestly.
The tray makes it so easy to grab a few for the coffee counter, and the vegan-friendly bit is a nice bonus for my coworkers. I've already sold through most of the 25 at £1 each, so the margin is solid.
Each one is a decent size, so selling them at 85p feels fair for a coffee shop counter. The tray's a nice touch for keeping them presentable, and the vegan bit is a good conversation starter for customers.
