Ruby ★★★★★

Making jam in this pan is a joy—the tin lining really does keep the fruit from tasting metallic, and the lid fits snugly to prevent splatters. Cleanup is surprisingly quick too, just a gentle scrub.

Timothy ★★★★★

I’ve been using this pan for a few weeks now, and the tin lining really does keep that acidic berry jam from picking up any metallic taste. The heat spreads so evenly across the copper that I haven’t had a single scorched spot yet.

The lid fits perfectly and the tin lining really does keep my jams from picking up any metallic taste. Cleanup is easier than I expected for copper.
