Table basse Jäger

$2530.5 ~~$3615~~ In stock

The folding mechanism is so smooth it feels like a tiny ceremony every time I open it up, and the profile is just as elegant as the 1941 original. It’s become my favorite corner in the living room, sturdy enough for a coffee mug and a stack of books without any wobble.

I was a little worried a table inspired by a 1941 design might feel dated, but it actually fits my modern living room perfectly. The folding mechanism is smooth and the whole thing is surprisingly sturdy when it's open. It's become my favorite spot for a coffee and a book.

The foldable design is so clever—it disappears into a corner in seconds when guests leave, yet stays rock-solid during a long dinner. The 1941 lineage really shows in how timeless it looks next to modern furniture.
