Trio Longévité

Six weeks in and my cycle feels steadier than it has in years—the hormone support part is clearly doing something. I also like that it’s made by clinical herbalists, so I trust the daily metabolism and skin angles more than random supplements I’ve tried before.

Three weeks in and the PMS mood swings that used to knock me sideways are noticeably quieter. I love that the formula was put together by clinical herbalists, it just feels more considered than the random vitamin blends I've tried.

I've been taking these for about six weeks now, and the daily hormone support has genuinely smoothed out my PMS mood swings. The blister pack is a bit stiff to open, but the difference in how steady I feel is worth the fumble.
