The trim ring from my sub lined up perfectly with the holes, so installation was basically just tightening the screws. Feels solid in the car, and the stamped mesh gives it a clean, finished look instead of that bare cone.

Stamped steel feels solid, and the mesh pattern looks way better in person than in the photos. Only gripe is that it’s totally dependent on that factory trim ring, so if you’ve lost yours, you’re out of luck unless you dig one up.
