The matte black cord and polished nickel canopy give it a much more expensive look than the price suggests, and the smoked glass casts a really moody, warm glow once you drop in an Edison bulb. Install took maybe twenty minutes, though I wish the cord were a touch longer for my ceiling height.

The smoked glass has this subtle depth that shifts depending on the light, and it really anchors the room without feeling heavy. Hung it over our dining table and the 10.75-inch height is just right for the space. Even the cord feels sturdy, not flimsy like some other pendants I've tried.
