Ryan T. ★★★★★

Did a two-hour trail run in the heat and this mix kept me going without that heavy, syrupy feeling some drinks leave behind. The hydration support feels legit, and the 12-pack means I've got plenty stashed for the rest of the week.

David Z. ★★★★★

Mixed into my water bottle after a long run and the grape flavor is spot on—not overly sweet or chalky like some others I’ve tried. The 12-pack is perfect for keeping in my gym bag for quick refills, and it’s honestly the first sports drink that doesn’t leave that weird film on my teeth.

Alexander ★★★★★

The hydration mix dissolves instantly in my bottle with no clumps, even when I use cold water post-workout. I've been reaching for these after every run and the grape taste keeps me coming back for more.
