Suis ton cœur

I’ve had this affirmation on my forearm for three weeks now, and the placement makes it impossible to miss when I’m second-guessing myself. The large script catches my eye in meetings and quiet moments alike, and honestly, that nudge to trust my gut has already talked me out of two bad decisions.

The lettering is big and bold, so it actually reads like a statement piece rather than a hidden secret. I catch myself glancing at it whenever I’m second-guessing a decision, and it’s honestly calmed me down more than I expected.

The placement ended up right above my collarbone, and that large lettering really makes the message impossible to miss when I catch my reflection. It’s oddly calming to have a physical reminder that the gut feeling counts just as much as the overthinking.
