Plugged it in and Windows recognized it right away as a Zigbee device, which was a huge relief since I’d read about driver headaches. The pre-loaded ZNP firmware means I could flash it for Home Assistant without any extra hardware, and it’s been rock solid for two weeks now.

Plugged it in and Windows recognized it instantly with the preloaded ZNP firmware, so I didn't have to mess with any drivers. The driverless setup saved me a solid half hour of troubleshooting.

Firmware flashed without a hitch and it showed up in Home Assistant almost instantly. The CC2531ZNP firmware loaded clean on the first try, and the dongle has been rock-solid for months now.
