Una delle guide più mozzafiato e idilliache degli Stati Uniti è la Highway 1 fino a Key West. Le acque blu neon profonde e la fauna lungo la strada mentre guidi sono davvero magnifiche. Ci sono letteralmente migliaia di moli e pontili che occupano la costa mentre scendi, ma volevo quello perfetto che incarnasse le Florida Keys. Ero a metà strada verso le Keys. Il sole era alto nel cielo di mezzogiorno, belle nuvole bianche puntavano verso la distanza ed eccola lì—dal nulla—un molo che mi conduceva nell'oceano e oltre il paradiso.
