Bought these for my sister's September birthday and the 5mm blue sapphires catch the light beautifully without being too flashy for everyday wear. The 18k gold plating over recycled silver feels solid, not cheap, and the u-hoop shape hangs just right below my earlobe.

The blue sapphire has a deep, rich color that catches the light beautifully. I wish the earring posts were just a tiny bit longer for thicker lobes, but overall they feel very well-made and elegant.

The stones are pretty and catch the light nicely, and the 18k gold plating looks good out of the box. But the 5mm sapphires are smaller than they appear in the photos, so they read more casual than elegant up close. I'll keep them for everyday wear, though the u-hoop design is comfortable enough.
