Burned Red Plastic, RAL 8015

Wasn't sure about the reddish brown colour when I ordered, but in daylight it's a really rich burnt red that hides scuffs well. The fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene keeps it light enough to move around without feeling flimsy. Two months in and it still looks new.

The injection moulded shell feels sturdy but barely weighs anything once it's on. The fiberglass in the polypropylene gives it a rigidity I wasn't expecting from plastic this thin. Colour is that deep brick red, exactly what I wanted.

Wasn't sure about the colour from the photos but this burned red is deeper and warmer in person, exactly what I wanted. The shell is injection moulded polypropylene with fiberglass, so it's got that solid feel without any weight to it.
