Padella Antiaderente CeramiClad® 2.0

Cooked a sticky teriyaki glaze last night and it slid right off with just a rinse. The 5-ply core heats evenly enough that my sauce never scorched, and after three weeks of daily use the ceramic still looks brand new.

The ceramic coating still releases eggs without a drop of oil after two months of daily use, which is way better than any nonstick I've owned. The 5-ply core heats evenly too, no hot spots burning the edges of my pancakes.

I’ve had mine for three weeks and the coating still releases like day one, no oil needed for most things. The five-ply base heats evenly enough that my omelets cook without hot spots, which is more than I can say for my old pan.
