Coconut Milk Powder 150g

I've been blending a spoonful into my morning smoothies and the coconut aroma is genuinely tropical, not that fake sweet stuff. Also works stirred into curry when I'm out of canned milk.

The powder dissolves instantly in hot water with no clumps, and the tropical aroma really comes through even in a simple curry. My smoothies have that rich coconut taste now without needing to open a can.

I've been adding a spoonful to my morning smoothies instead of fresh coconut milk and it dissolves way easier than I expected, no gritty bits left behind. The tropical smell takes me straight back to a beach holiday. This 150g bag won't last me long at this rate.
