It dissolves almost instantly in my morning yogurt, and after three weeks I've noticed my nails are definitely less brittle. The pouch is easy to reseal, which matters when you're scooping it daily.

The raspberry flavor is genuinely pleasant, not that fake chalky taste I half-expected from a collagen powder. My nails have felt noticeably stronger after about three weeks of mixing it into my morning yogurt, and the pouch is easy to reseal without making a mess.

The raspberry flavor makes this surprisingly easy to mix into my morning yogurt, and I’ve noticed my nails feel less brittle after about three weeks. The pouch is convenient for scooping out a daily dose without any mess.
