The orange peel and chamomile combo is way more uplifting than the lavender sprays I used to buy, and two sprays on my pillowcase actually gets me to sleep faster. Patchouli keeps it from smelling like straight tea, which I appreciate.

The chamomile comes through nicely once it settles, and the orange peel keeps it from being too heavy. I do wish the scent lingered on the fabric a bit longer, but a few sprays before bed genuinely helps me wind down.
