Esplosione di Cheddar Bianco Groovy

These chickpea puffs have that sharp, real cheddar tang that actually lingers, which is exactly what I want in a snack. The texture is crunchy but not jaw-breaking, and they don't leave that weird greasy film on your fingers like other cheese puffs do. Already ordered a second bag.

The cheese flavor is seriously bold, like it hits you right away with that sharp cheddar kick. I grabbed a bag for a road trip and they stayed crunchy the whole time, which is rare for puffs. Definitely my new go-to when I want something savory and a little lighter than potato chips.

I was skeptical about chickpea puffs, but the white cheddar seasoning here is seriously bold—it coats every single puff evenly, so you get that cheesy kick in every bite without any bland spots. The bag didn't last a day in my house, which says everything.
