I've had this for two weeks and the coarse chop setting is perfect for salsa—onion pieces come out exactly how I like them, not mushy. Cleanup is quick too since the blade comes apart easily.
I’ve barely touched my cutting board since this arrived—half an onion and a handful of herbs go from whole to fine in seconds. The pull-cord action feels sturdy, and I love that I can stop mid-chop to check the texture instead of ending up with mush.
The chopping control is spot on—I can pulse it to get chunky bits for salsa or let it run for a finer mince, and it’s all done in seconds without dirtying a second bowl. Cleanup’s a breeze since the blades come off, and my knife has been gathering dust ever since.
