Il nostro tè verde al gelsomino si basa su un tè di base coltivato dai nostri partner a Xuan En, nella provincia di Hubei, in Cina, apprezzato per il suo carattere di alta montagna e la sua elegante dolcezza.
Brewed a pot this afternoon and the leaves opened up beautifully, releasing that high mountain aroma I wasn’t expecting from a green. It’s smooth and sweet without any bitterness, even when I got distracted and let it steep a bit longer. This is my new go-to for hot afternoons.
Steeped this one in my favorite porcelain gaiwan and the high mountain character is unmistakable — clean, smooth, and the leaves hold up beautifully for three infusions. It's become my go-to for lazy afternoons.
The sweetness is what got me—it’s elegant, not cloying, and the high mountain origin comes through as a clean finish. Steeps a couple times before losing its charm, which is fine for a daily cup.
