John ★★★★★

The art in this premium first edition is stunning—Pskydin’s journey from that shy prince hooked me from the first page. I’d normally wait for a paperback, but the perfect bound pages feel sturdy enough to reread a dozen times.

Charlotte ★★★★★

The perfect binding lays flat so I can actually read the full double-page art without cracking the spine, which is rare for a first edition. Pskydin’s arc from shy prince to warrior hits hard, and the page weight makes the whole thing feel like a collector’s item I’ll keep out on the shelf.

Lily ★★★★★

I’m genuinely impressed with how hefty this first edition feels in hand—the perfect binding lays flat enough to really soak in the art without fighting the spine. Pskydin’s arc from shy prince to something more hooked me from the first chapter, and I’m already counting down to the next issue.
